Not at all. While Dr. Dubuque has extensive experience working with athletes, his focus is on helping anyone who wants to feel better, prevent injuries, and improve their quality of life.

Your first appointment begins with a detailed evaluation of your movement, history, and goals. From there, Dr. Dubuque creates a plan specific to you, whether that involves treatment, exercise, or a mix of both.

Care may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies such as cupping and Graston, corrective exercises, and kettlebell training. Each plan is customized to address the root cause and support lasting results.
